I don't recall it ever being all that much faster then the other suits, to an ungodly degree at least. I don't know fast it is, it uses an 'I-field beam drive' which I get the feeling is an advancement(or similiar to) the Minovsky Drive System(could just be a different name), but how fast this makes it, I don't know. I honestly think it didn't disappear, just that when the bright flash happened, he was able to quickly dive somewhere unseen, but I didn't pay much attention to it. The only thing it has going for it, was its ability to 'disappear' but how it does that, I dunno. Apparently it has a mega beam cannon, but I don't recall seeing it, maybe I missed that scene.
It had the silo to store the 'Core Bombs' but in the show, he had to throw them, they didn't launch themselves, and only has 6 of them anyways. It has a laser gun, and two beam sabres from what I recall. The Turn A itself, appeared to be, not all that special, except that it could create the 'Moonlight Butterfly' and push back a cruiser, but in terms of weapons.
